Shuqi Dong, male, CPC member, born in 1980, Doctor of Agriculture, is from Yingxian, Shanxi Province. Now he served as an associate professor of Agricultural College of Shanxi Agricultural University,deputy secretary-general of the Shanxi Cereal Society, member of the Plant Allelopathic Committee of the Chinese Plant Protection Society. He was mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research of Plant Allelopathy and Biological Control of Weeds, and Modern Grain Production.

Overview of Teaching and Research
Teaching:
He taught courses such as Crop Chemistry Control, Biostatistics, Pesticide Toxicology and Insect Toxicology for undergraduates. Among them, Biostatistics and Crop Chemistry Control courses were awarded provincial excellent resource sharing courses.
Guided undergraduate students to carry out scientific research training and production practice, and guided more than 50 undergraduate graduates.
Scientific Research:
He was engaged in the research of Allelopathy and biological control of weeds in farmland for a long time. Presided over one key scientific research and development project in Shanxi Province and one natural foundation project of Shanxi Province, 3 provincial and regional talent service projects, 3 school-local cooperation projects, 2 school-level projects, and participated in more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects projects.
One achievement was appraised as “international advanced level” by Shanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology; one was awarded the third prize of Shanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (ranking the 3rd).
Published 8 academic papers in SCI-indexed journals and national core journals as the first author, and participated in the publication of more than 40 papers;
Participated in the 6th World Congress on Allelopathy (2011.12, Guangzhou) and gave a report;
Participated in the 12th session (2015.8, Taiyuan), 13th (2017.8, Guiyang) and 14th (2019.8, Urumqi) National Weed Science Conference;
Participated in the 7th (2015.10, Kunming), 8th (2017.9, Nanjing) and 9th (2019.9 Yangling) China Plant Allelopathy, and gave conference reports;
Won the "Excellent Report Award" of the 14th National Weed Science Congress in 2019, and participated in some other related academic conferences.
